Since our products are perishable, we follow a clear and transparent return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers.
🕒 1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumable and perishable), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
However, if your order is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect upon delivery, we’ll be happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will:

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Received the wrong flavor or missing an item? Don’t worry — just drop us an email with your order details, and we’ll make sure you get the right products ASAP!
⚠️ 4. Non-Refundable Cases
We will not be able to offer a refund or replacement if:
