4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to external or logistical factors.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacement

Because beverages are consumable products, returns or replacements are only allowed in the following situations:

  • Product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or defective.

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Packaging tampered at the time of delivery.

To request a replacement, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

We reserve the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on internal quality checks.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our website/app.

  • Use false identity or contact information.

  • Resell Groovy products without written permission.
